WHOA, THERE, DALLIN OAKS!
A gent by name of Kyle Pederson wrote to Dallin Oaks re: a general conference talk. Check out their exchange. It's worth your time.
yikes! oaks might well have said "i see from going behind the scenes to our NSA-like info gathering machine, & getting info that should be confidential, which i will now use to hang over your head like the sword of Damocles, so you will ascertain the subtle threat, & get back in line & behave accordingly, ye heathen."
